Flexibility, collaboration, reliability and transparency. These are the pillars of our approach at Crestbridge.
As an independent business we have a level of flexibility that is increasingly rare to find amongst peers who are bank-owned, private equity-funded or listed. As such, we are able to tailor our services to fit your needs, both now and as they evolve.
We are a ‘solutions-driven’ business. We strive to exceed expectations by collaborating with you and your advisers. Communicating openly at every stage, keeping you as informed as you need to be.

Our history & ownership
Established in 1998 as the Dominion Corporate Group, Crestbridge is still privately-owned and one of the few truly independent providers in our field.
We offer a wide range of administration, accounting, management and governance services. Our focus throughout has been on having the scale to manage the largest, most complex structures while retaining the agility to tailor our services precisely.
Our priority has been to build long-term relationships built around exceptional quality of service. We are as driven by this vision today as we were when we started out with a single office two decades ago.
We recognise that our success and that of our clients is down to the quality of the people who work here at Crestbridge. So our focus is squarely on attracting and retaining individuals who have outstanding experience in their field and share our values as an independent, forward-thinking business.
We incentivise our team based on the level of service they deliver – rather than chargeable time or revenue targets – and we have a policy of delivering career-long training that goes far beyond the regulatory minimum requirements.
This approach has helped us to achieve a very high staff retention rate of 90%, including our senior management team who continue to lead and develop the business.
For most clients, the decision to outsource their global administration, management and accounting is motivated by a desire to free up time to focus on what they do best. The key, of course, is to find a partner with the expertise and resources to look after your assets and obligations in a professional, efficient and collaborative way.
Scale and scope
Crestbridge has the strength in depth to handle both ongoing administration and individual structures. We are large enough to bring together the skills and experience required for complex, large-scale structures but small enough to invest in client relationships and provide a tailored service.
This means that our clients can focus on their core strategic objectives knowing that every last detail is being handled in a proactive and cost-effective manner.
Our team also has deep experience of implementing time-critical, complex transactions and a clear understanding of what it takes to achieve a successful completion. This includes clear communication from start to finish, a laser-sharp focus on the detail and the ability to work as an extension to your team.
As a regulated service provider to listed entities, companies, and funds, including those valued on a daily basis, we have robust controls and procedures in place that underpin all aspects of our work at Crestbridge.
When beginning new client relationships, we have procedures designed to ensure we fulfil our regulatory and statutory obligations, but which are also practical and take account of the specific needs of each client.
Crestbridge is committed to providing a healthy, environmentally friendly and enjoyable working environment for all our staff. We believe this enables us to give the best possible service to our clients.
This ethos stretches beyond the workplace and out into the community around us. We support local businesses and suppliers wherever possible and we also actively encourage our staff to take part in charitable events and bring the community back into the workplace.
We have committed to providing financial support to charity initiatives proposed by our staff through sponsorship and direct contribution to many local and international fund raising events.
Wherever possible in our work we use recycled or sustainable stationery products. We recycle all paper, aluminium cans, and glass. As part of our energy reduction scheme our offices are fitted with energy saving devices and low-energy light bulbs. Our computer equipment and other electrical items are set on low power or 'eco' settings, and switched off when not in use. All these savings collectively help save our planet's resources and lower our operating costs.
